Our Philanthropies

Each year, our membership selects three primary philanthropies from a list of applicants who meet our criteria, and they receive the majority of the funds we raise that fiscal year. In addition, every applicant is considered for funding at fiscal year-end, based on the remaining funds available.

Community's Child

Community's Child is a non-denominational organization supporting women and infants. We support their Hunger Heroes Healthy Bags program, which provides weekend meals for 250 local undernourished children.

Toberman Neighborhood Center

Toberman Neighborhood Center's goal is to assist Harbor Area families by delivering life-changing services that encourage, inform, educate and empower them to live healthy and purposeful lives.  Their primary programs include the FamilySource Center; Children, Youth & Family services including academic enrichment; Family Literacy/Learning Program; and Gang Intervention/Prevention services.

Family Promise

Family Promise is committed to helping homeless families in transition achieve sustainable independence by providing short-term shelter, meals, case management, and hospitality.
