1923 • Harold Lloyd • With Live Accompaniment by Randy Woltz on the Mighty Wurlitzer • This comic masterpiece gave us the most iconic image of the silent era: Harold Lloyd dangling from a clock on a skyscraper. It’s one of the greatest film comedies ever made, and Harold Lloyd is one of the true masters of cinematic sight gags. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to experience Safety Last on the big screen, accompanied live on a theatre pipe organ.

Since 1968, Old Town Music Hall has been showing classic films.  Silent films are accompanied by the Mighty Wurlitzer, a massive 1925 wind-powered pipe organ that has been meticulously preserved so that silent classics can be experienced with live musical accompaniment, just as they did when they were first shown.  It’s something you really must see and hear to believe.

Boo’s anyone? Come if you dare to our spooky, thrilling and exciting first ever Cocktails at Sunset. If you are brave to accept, here are the details:

•  This is open to the first 40 members that respond (sorry, no spouses at this event). We will have a waiting list so if you are accepted and can’t make it, please let Lorri Mino know.
• Small bites will be offered. To quote Dracula “Just the right ‘bite’ of food”
• There will be a “special” cocktail offered and some red and white Italian wines. If you would prefer something else, please bring your own bottle.
• What to expect – a fabulous night touring the spooky and fabulous home of Stella Bullock while mingling and making new friends. We’ll get each other pumped up for our new year and our fun upcoming events, The Fall Social and of course, our Fall Fundraiser. Hope you can make it…we’ll be waiting for you!
