Join us for a docent lead tour of the Chen Art Gallery in downtown Torrance.  The Gallery is a non – profit museum that houses one of the most important collections of Chinese art in the US.  Operated by the T.F. Chen Family Foundation, the museum showcases the collections of world-renowned herbalist and Pharmacist Dr. Tei Fun Chen and his family.  There are artifacts spanning 5000 years of Chinese history as well original etchings from Pablo Picasso, various European art including Renaissance- 20^th century bronze statues, British and French clocks and jeweled eggs designed by Faberge.  Quite the gem located in our own backyard.  We will no doubt be hungry after seeing all the fabulous art so we will conclude our outing with lunch at a restaurant to be determined.
