Note: This is not a mandatory meeting.

At this meeting the Philanthropy Selection Commitee, consisting of the Officers and Board, trim our nominated philanthropies down to 6. These 6 philanthropies will present at the October General Meeting. The general voting membership then votes for the Top 3.

Any member may attend and give insight about  any of the nominated philanthropies but only the Philanthropy Selection Committee may vote.
