Marine Mammal Care Center Los Angeles (MMCCLA) recently reached their 10,000 day in operation! This landmark date was celebrated on February 15th at the Center with tours, entertainment, food trucks and vendors. Las Candalistas members attended the event and donated many items on the Center’s wish list.
Marine Mammal Care Center is the only rescue center that offers around the clock care to sick sea lions and malnourished elephant seals in Los Angeles county.
Las Candalistas has supported several MMCCLA projects and we look forward to many more years of partnership!
