I joined Las Candalistas 11 years ago after relocating to Palos Verdes from Oregon where we had lived for 25 years. When I joined I barely knew any other women in the area, now after being involved in Las Candalistas,  I am blessed with so many member  friends!  I’ve held many positions over my 11 years from President (twice), Chairman of the Board of Directors, Membership VP as well as co-chairman of 4 fall fundraisers, and 3 Spring Events.  I’m looking forward to trying a new position this year, Corresponding Secretary. It’s always so fulfilling to fundraise for the many local charities that we support!
