Our Philanthropies

APPLY FOR SUPPORT

Each year, Las Candalistas receives numerous requests for funding from local South Bay philanthropies that benefit children or the environment. Each of these organizations completes a detailed application. Our Officers and Board of Directors then select 6 finalists. The 6 philanthropies give a presentation to our general membership at our October meeting. Our voting membership selects the top 3. These 3 philanthropies will receive the majority of our net proceeds for the season. However, we do our best to support all the philanthropies in some way. Our fiscal year is from July 1-June 30. We begin accepting applications for consideration in April until June 30th. For more information please send a message to lascandalistas@gmail.com

Las Candalistas is pleased to announce our Top 3 philanthropies for 2023-24
